Job Summary:

Responsible for formulating and defining business requirements and

process flows based on a complete understanding of applicable

business requests. Works with a cross-functional team that

encompasses representation from all divisions to understand current

challenges. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex business

requests, limitations, and operating time in the form of desired results.

Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually

determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less


Core Responsibilities:

- Partner with product owners to identify & document business and system

requirements and processes for new product launches.

- Serve as product, process and system Subject Matter Expert.

- Align with Order Management, Tech Ops and Care implementation

stakeholders to ensure product, process and system requirements are

aligned with business objectives and customer experience goals.

- Own business requirements gathering and development for new

product deployment

- Support reviews of business process, requirements, and test plans

to help clarify objectives during system development

- Interface with business partners and stakeholders to drive and execute

change management

- Support system deployment by gathering/documenting/sharing user


- Document and communicate business requirements and process flows

- Develop operation focused detailed process, features and user stories

- Participate in Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with System

Engineering (SE) resources

- Review Business Requirements with Key Stakeholders and Project

Managers to ensure that a Project scope and core request is fulfilling

what the stakeholders have requested

- Prepare status updates and communicate issues to Comcast leadership

as needed

- Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements,

and support of translation into proper system requirements specifications

- Recommends course of action related to process and system impacts that

may negatively affect internal or external customer experience

- Based on stakeholder feedback, finalize Business Requirements and update

Process Flows to incorporate changes made to the standard Business Procedures

- Supports the testing team and business users in validating that the programs

meet the requirements

- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of


- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance

- Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary

Job Specification:

- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent

- Generally requires 5-7 years related experience

- Good working knowledge of voice, data and video products with

Advanced Voice product knowledge preferred

- Travel up to 5%
