Bristol Myers Squibb MS&T Investigator in New Brunswick, New Jersey
The MS&T Investigator will provide guidance and coordination for all aspects related to investigations carried out by Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Sciences and Technology (Pharma MS&T). Works closely, provides guidance, coaching and feedback to all investigators involved in initiating, conducting and completing manufacturing investigations and CAPA analysis. Ensures the completeness and comprehension of the investigations and determination of most probable root cause.
The MS&T Investigator will drive risk reduction activities through the facilitation of risk assessments for manufacturing processes under Pharma MS&T oversight.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Accountable for providing mentoring, direction and oversight to all investigations carried out by Pharma MS&T within the Americas, EMEA, Asia and Pacific regions, involving drug product and/or Drug Substance.
Accountable for managing metrics associated with investigations in Pharma MS&T.
Leading complex multi-site investigations to efficiently identify root cause and definition of appropriate CAPAs.
Where required, implementing appropriate investigation processes in third party partners of BMS.
Provide technical guidance in the understanding of root causes for out of trend or deviations for manufacturing processes under Pharma MS&T oversight.
Assist in the development of risk management tools and processes.
Facilitate risk assessments for manufacturing processes under MS&T oversight.
Promote all of the BMS behaviors, championing the deployment of the behaviors throughout the Pharma MS&T organization.
