Department Overview

Provide specialized business management guidance and support for a functional area and implement policies/processes and/or initiatives to meet business management, strategy and governance objectives. May provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional or enterprise level.

Job Description

•Experienced professional role providing specialized guidance/ assistance to function supported

•Focus on short to medium-term (weekly-monthly), non-routine specialized/ complex issues and/or escalated matters

•Independently perform tasks from end to end

Job Requirements •Undergraduate degree

•3 + years relevant experience


Preferred skils:

TD Auto Finance experience is highly preferred.

Prior complaint handling is highly preferred.

Job required contact with customers via phone.

Strong Verbal and Written communications skills is required.

Ability to research root cause of issues of complex issues is required.

Ability to work across different departments and build productive relationships is required.

Ability to diffuse escalated issues is required.

Ability to influence and persuade is required.

Ability to recognize and escalate situations that put the Bank at risk are required.

Must be able to work independently and manage inconsistent workload with strict deadlines

Hours 8 AM-5 PM and on demand for social media complaints
