Recruiting Coordinator - PVH Corp.
The Recruitment Coordinator will work closely with District Managers and Store Managers to manage recruitment activities for Store Manager and Assistant Manager Positions.
Manage the full recruitment cycle for Store Manager and Assistant Manager Positions.
Partner with field management to understand the market/store, define job responsibilities and recommended qualifications.
Create and manage job requisitions in Workday for all retail locations in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam. This includes:
Posting the requisition
Phone screening candidates
Make candidate recommendations to field management for interviews
Partner with field management to coordinate job offers
Disposition candidates once position is filled and close the requisition
Partner with Retail HR Representatives to coordinate onboarding activities.
Establish a relationship with the new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding and transition to PVH.
Maintain a database of all resumes for future reference to fill open positions.
Identify career search sites to assist in hard to fill markets.
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
Must be organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities at once.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as follow up skills.
Must be a collaborative, team player with great initiative.
Superior judgment, professionalism, flexibility, poise, ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, and assertiveness.
Excellent ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in a fast paced environment.
Must be intuitive, able to anticipate needs and develop options
Bilingual a plus
